I know what (ORD) is from the service but I,m sure it cannot be the same?? meaning?

Yes, it means RIDs that start with 6804xxx were heard in O'Hara Airport (KORD), it does not mean that is the only place those radios are in use. I really doubt there are 999 CBP agents working in ORD, so the likelihood that those RIDs might be heard elsewhere is high.

That was a CBP Radio ID of 6804xxx (I usually blank out the last few digits) and it was heard being used at OHare airport (ORD) in Chicago.
