Quick Question about Pro - 135

Well to start off I am very to new to scanning and I would like to get in to it. I was thinking about buying the Pro - 135 scanner from Radio Shack (http://www.radioshack.com/product/i...1&origkw=scanner&kw=scanner&parentPage=search) and I was wondering will I be able to pick up these frequencies found here http://www.fordyce.org/scanning/frequencies/nassau.html#A1.

All frequencies, but, the Nassau County trunked system. You will need either the Pro-164, 163, or equivilant trunking scanner that does EDACS.
