Quick question-Live Feeds

The Live Feed for Fresno CA has been offline 99% of the time for the last 5 or 6 weeks....Do I have to buy the Premium Subscription in order to get it? Cause I will if that's all it's gonna take. I just need some help figuring out why I don't get it anymore...Thanks for any help! or advice!

The etiquette stuff says there should be some sort of a note if the feed is going to be offline for a certain period of time - but I can't find a note or explanation. I listen on my puter, FWIW. (in case it makes a difference)

Feeds are provided by volunteers so if it says offline that means the user does not have it up right now. You dont need a premium to listen to feeds. In future any Audio related question should be directed to the Live Audio Administration forum. Thanks
