R.S. Pro-2096

Will the pro-2096 decode KSP? I live in Post 11's area (London, Laurel County) and am thinking about getting one and am wanting to know if it will decode them before i buy one. Also, Ky Vehicle enforcement, do they share the digital netwrok with KSP or do they have seperate digital freq.'s? Thanks

Hi Ed.... Yes the 2096 will decode KSP... and the MVE folks are on 453.300 AND the KSP Post freq for their area of operations.. in your area plug in London and Richmond and you should hear most of what they are doing out there...

Ok, I want to make sure before i spend that much money on it. I know of the 453.300 and I have the mobile extender VHF freq (153.920) I hear much activity on it, but...the KVE unit that i was hearing his cars mobile extender now does night shift and i know longer hear it. I still hear the KSP mobile extender, but I would like the digital scanner so its not scratchy, and when they are on duty, i can still hear them. Thanks
