hi,
can someone please tell me if the uniden 895xlt is in conformity to R&TTE Directive of 1999/5/EC
and from where i can get this certificate.

Scanners marketed and sold in North America are only certified by the regulatory agencies for these markets (FCC and IC). They do not carry any EU certifications. Uniden Europe might have marketed a comparable model for Europe...if so, those models would carry the certifications you mention.
