R30 NXDN?

Any new R30 owners here who are scanning NXDN trunked systems?

From what I understand, the unit doesn't trunk. But if it's providing a quality decode, there are ways around that.

How is the audio? Does the radio decode or display talkgroups/users? Or is NXDN monitoring "wide open"?

Is there a provision to filter talkgroups? As in a poor-man's trunking? Theoretically if it can filter talkgroups one could scan a NXDN system for targeted traffic as long as the radio could decode quickly and correctly.

Sorry for the questions, just curious as this unit is on my radar currently.

The R30 does not trunk. The sound quality is excellent and it does display the digital information. I cant remember what info is right now. I will take a picture when I get off of work of the digital information.
