R7100 Help

Can someone please tell what the edge frequencies are for the basic scan operation? I tried entering 144.000 into OP1 (default Freq) then 148 into OP2. Op2 reverts back to 146.000. It seems like no matter what I enter it doesn't hold.

Press up/down memory ch buttons to select OP1

Key in "144" and hit "Ent"
Press TS and select channel spacing using main tuning knob and shown on main dial
Press approperate mode switch to select mode you will scan in

Press "MW" button to write info to OP1

Press up/down memory ch buttons to select OP2
Key in "148" and hit "Ent"
Press "MW" to write to OP2

To scan these settings, press "Scan", "3" and it should scan your range...

Scan "3" runs the "OP" banks and Scan "6" runs the other banks 100, 200 etc
