Racine City Fireground 2

I've been hearing some testing on 154.16 the past few weeks. Initially there were quick counts, but this past weekend I heard an unit calling Racine fireground 2 to dispatch with no reply. These transmissions are from a repeater using a DPL of 506 (same as Racine fireground 1 on 151.415). The repeater has the same "chirps" as all other Racine City fire repeaters. Good signal from mid-Milwaukee Co.

154.16 has been used as a Caledonia fireground for a year now. Fireground 2 has a repeated and non repeated channel, usually the units go to the non repeater while command stays on the repeater.
South Shore has been doing some radio testing on FG 2, and ive heard them use it on a few fire alarms now instead of using their Unit-Response UHF Channel.

Dispatch does listen to both fireground 1 and 2, but does not talk on them.
