Racine County Patched with 8Call90

While at work, brought up 8Call90 on our Telex. During the afternoon hours I noticed a Dispatch Center responding to units on 8Call90, but the units they were responding to was not coming over. After a few more radio calls, I was able to match the Dispatch Center with traffic coming out of Racine County on the fire side of things (UHF traffic). This is a first for me to hear. Has anyone else noticed this?

The UHF I was hearing was Racine County Fire Dispatch. I was only hearing the dispatch side not the fire units calling.

Thanks OpSec. In the past 9 years of monitoring them, I had never heard anyone "local" to be on the 8Calls
