Anybody know of a rack mount kit for a 5000 series receiver?

When I had that receiver I believe I had one from www.novexcomm.com .
The radio is narrower than 17 inches so a rack mount would be two extended ears.
There are alternate configurations like a table and faceplate with cutout to match the dimentions of the receiver.
