RACOM Cedar Rapids North Site Down?

I am noticing that the RACOM Cedar Rapids North Site is down. I can pick up the South Site fine. I noticed it a bit stronger today. As I recall, the North Site is at Lindale Drive in Marion co-located with CRPD's equipment. The South Site is near Wilson Ave & 6th St SW also co-located with CRPD's equipment. Does anyone have any info on this? My guess is that RACOM/Harris may use it as one of the sites for the new Linn County P25 System. They were talking about having Linn County and Marion up in fairly short order and Cedar Rapids by the end of 2012. We'll have to see how that pans out.

A few days I couldn't pick up CR North, but was picking up CR South. I was trying to monitor from NW Western Iowa County. If CR North was on the air, I still don't know if I would still hear it with my omni.
