Caught some sort of law enforcement or security on 15-031, but doesn't look like there is anything in the database for it. Any ideas?

Also looking for info on 09-145.

And last week I heard testing on i15068, i173, i15030, and i15062

I heard it last night. Definite a school or related. The officers has some students stopped, and the one didn't want to press it about what ever happened. Since it is between Ankeny Fire and Police tgs. It might be Polk Community College. I think they have a campus in Ankeny.

They have campuses from Carroll to Knoxville over to Newton and Downtown Des Moines.

1269 is probably Scott County related. The i are radio to radio calls.

173 is a RACOM Tech and the 15xxx are in the range of Scott County Sheriff

Could potentially be about any LE agency in the state.. the DCI lab and State Medical Examiner are both located on the Ankeny campus. Guessing if they were stopping students though it was either Ankeny PD or Polk County SO. I don't think campus security is on the RACOM system, but I haven't been over there lately.

Last night (friday 4/14). I heard one transmission about a bus.

There was a Des Moines area College/University that was on RACOM about 2000.

More catches on 1945 seems to point to Augustana College, Rock Island IL. I am think these are off duty RIPD officers using department HTs to talk to the College PD dispatcher so they don't need to carry two HTs.
