I will be making a trip up to Omaha this weekend. Right now, I am programming my BCD396XT for the RACOM system. Just to make sure I have everything punched in correctly, the LCN should be:

# Frequency LCN
0 Blank
1 856.1375 1
2 857.1375 2
3 858.1375 3
4 856.6375 9
5 857.6375 10
6 858.6375 11
7 859.6375 12
8 860.6375 13
9 861.6375 14
10 854.6375 15

Does that look right?

Thanks!

that matches the information i have, and not a single one of those frequencies is active. At least not to any of my scanners. From fremont, i can pick up the east site, but the closer, west site is dead. Has been for quite some time now

Isn't the east site atop Woodmen Tower?

i honestly have no idea where its located

System H Site: 8

9 856.1875
10 857.1875
11 858.1875
12 859.1875
13 860.1875
14 861.1875
15 854.1875
16 855.1875

And i actually stand corrected about these matching what i have. Either this set of frequencies is wrong, or the set in the FCC ULS search listing (linked from the RR database) is wrong. they dont match. But it doesnt really matter. Neither set produces ANYTHING. Not a single sound can be heard on any of these 16 frequencies (these 8, plus the 8 in the database)
Even when i try programming them into slots 9-16, still, nothing.

is there anything else i could be missing? anyone? (call me a dork, but i do kinda miss hearing this site)

The site if probably off-line. Another thing you can do, is search 851-862 and see if you can find any other EDACS control channels.
