On Tuesday I heard about 5-10 OPP (I think?) On London Tac1 using the Brantford tower.
There was mention of coordinates, stations, units moving to and from 'stations'.
The RIDs that were affilaiting and transmitting were 'new'. The RIDs were affilaiting for the first time. An example of these was 21918.
It sounded like they were in the wilderness, near a fire hall and were moving from place to place.
It sounded very lighthearted, nothing serious I don't think.
The soft I'd's were Mike and Lima and it sounded like a local car, Brant 6 Bravo unit was manning the 'CP' the command post. There were no numerals before the Mike and Lima units either.
It also sounded like they set up a repeater and that the losing group had to take down the 'radio.'
Can anyone make sense of it? Jason, if u were home you probably were in range.
