Radio Feed Alpha Tags?

I just want to ask I listen to other feed that have alpha tags and they come on when they start to talk. But on my Feed it seem like they is a delay and show what channel is being talk on. ANYHELP PLEASE?

I just tried your feed, and I'm seeing a delay of maybe a half of a second before the alpha tag shows up in my players' display. It may even be a little less than half a second.

Ya I see that now I restart the program to see if that help I gusse I should restart every 2 days or so. And one my question is there anyway that I can control my scanner from my iPhone I see someone that has a feed in San Diego Ca that he dose it from his android? I send him email back did not send nothing back so just thought I could ask.
