Radio frequency conversions?

How do I convert a Channel code into the proper frequency to program a radio. For example i have been given a channel code of E25. How do I find out how to convert this into Rx and TX numbers to program into the radio? This is in New Zealand by the way. Thanks

A band channel separation 12.5 kHz 80.550-84.025 MHz AM/NFM
B band channel separation 25KHz 104.975-107.9875 MHz AM [No longer in use]
C band channel separation 25 kHz 449.7625-458.625 MHz NFM
D band channel separation 25 kHz 458.3-470.0 MHz NFM
E band channel separation 12.5 kHz 151.0-153.4 MHz AM/NFM (usually NFM)
ES B band channel separation 12.5 kHz 141.025-143.5 MHz NFM
FN band channel separation 12.5 kHz 478.0-488.0 MHz NFM

so am guessing its around 151.3125mhz, its been a while since I have scanned in our home country

I would recommend logging onto the New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management Site (Homepage | Radio Spectrum Management) and downloading the PDF document PIB23 - VHF and UHF Mobile Service Bands in New Zealand.
