radio id question

i have settings on psr 500 to show radio id, but it only shows up sporadically. just got pro 107 and it shows radio id almost every transmission. i listen to hartford police edacs and wethersfield motorola in connecticut. maybe im doing something wrong. didnt think it was a local post for ct forum so i posted here. any info is appreciated

Make sure that you don't have the att turned on.
Either will skip the radio id and show the object id if it misses or misreads the data ch for just a split second.
It's not your programming. Make sure they have equivalent ants.

I notice sometimes my base units (600) will do the same thing. It annoyed me at first but now i don't care.
