Has the LTR system been totally deprecated? I've discovered an undocumented CAP+ system a year or so ago coming up as Site 2, CC5 with two of the four frequencies in the rotation:
463.7625, Ch 1&2
464.9375, Ch 3&4

I've had my trusty RSPDuo sitting on it all day so far with DSDPlus, I'm on the outskirts of coverage and can just about make out the rest channels bursting away with DSDPlus error rates in the teens but haven't logged any voice traffic. Can anyone closer to the Allentown area plug this in & observe? Is it dead or do I just not have a reliable enough pick up on it? Would like to get the RRDB updated if at all possible...

That's not the same Salisbury Twp. Lancaster/Lehigh both have one, the Lancaster site should be referred to as Welsh Mt. FWIW.

RMI has 4 NXDN sites. Mt Penn, Welsh, Cornwall and Topton ( Topton which is the old FBN wireless that should be depreciated ).

I have to dig through and see what’s still LTR yet besides Summit Hill ( north of Bernville off 183 up on the mountain)

Can we please keep this thread related to the CAP+ in question? I asked politely

Site 2, CC5
463.7625, Ch 1&2
464.9375, Ch 3&4
Looks to be a dead site to me, DSDPlus isn't even spewing out garbage GIDs due to my weak decode. Could have sworn I captured a neighbor list reporting a Site 1 on 463.7625 but that's since vanished

Nope, finally captured the callsign and can confirm it's indeed WPSJ804. No traffic logged all day. Could the repeater equipment have gone to another licensee and the ID not removed?
