Computer to use

I have used everything from 266 MHz with Windows 95 to PIIII 2.3 GHz with XP. I am currently using a HP laptop with AMD 2.5 GHz. The important thing to remember is to use one that has a 15 pin Dsub serial port, do the data transfer issues that my occur with the conversion of serial to parallel.
