Are you authorized to be on that system? The system administrators should be able to program it for you as they will have the system keys, etc.
An admin for that system assuming you're authorized to be on it. Should be no problem...
Your best bet is to search for someone who does APX programming and have it done right if you are talking about NAS. If you do it wrong, you risk causing issues with the system, or having your radio stunned/bricked as they are fast AF for doing that when they see a non authorized radio try to affiliate. Best answer is buy a scanner SDSXXX
