That is a bad title for the thread. But here is why I put that title. Yesterday, I looked up the frequencies. For Piedmont-Triad International Airport in North Carolina. The data for the airport on RR. Has not been updated, since 2018. But on AirNav.com, it was updated last month.

The flipside is, that RR is better organized for doing a 'copy n paste' to FreeScan.

So the question ultimately becomes. How can RR keep their database more up to date?

The easy answer is for users like you and me to submit the updates as we find them AND most importantly confirm their accuracy. Radio Reference is user-driven. There are no bots here running around the internet scooping up information, thankfully in many cases.

Radio Reference database is user created and supported, entries, for the most part, are submitted by users. That being said, I don't know what changes AirNav made, but all freqs on RR are the exact ones that are in the NC DOT 2019-2020 Airport Guide available free at NCDOT: Division of Aviation.

Ah, Thank you for confirming. What I wasn't entirely sure about.

The difference between the two. Is that, in FreeScan. It is far easier to 'copy n paste', the info from RR. Than it is from Air Nav. But the flipside being user-driven. Whereas, AirNav info. is actually for pilots, not those with scanners.(at least it seems that way)
I use these top 4 sites to use for airport frequencies.
Maybe you’ll find one of them better at Copy/Paste.

KGSO - Triad International Airport
https://www.airnav.com/airport/KGSO
https://flightaware.com/resources/airport/KGSO
https://www.aopa.org/destinations/airports/KGSO/details
https://skyvector.com/airport/GSO/Piedmont-Triad-International-Airport
I bookmarked the websites.

and to add, hopefully an actual OTA [Over-the-Air] confirmation of use, was heard before performing a data-dump submission
