A Radio Shack employee in Eau Claire is facing disorderly conduct and battery charges for punching a customer.
Police say the customer was trying to return an item Sunday, but the employee wouldn't let him. The customer then asked to talk to a manager.
That's when the 52-year-old male employee began punching the man. A bystander called 911.
The employee is due in court May 19.

I went to our local RS because on line said they had 5 ft mast in stock. I went in asked the clerk for a 5' mast and he came out with 1, a tripod, 2. wall mount, 3. eave mount. I then asked him if he had anything that looked like a pipe in the back. When he walked into the storeroom i walked out. It shouldn't even be called the Shack it is nothing more than a cell shop now.
