Is there any RS scanners that follow Narrow band EDACS? I had a Pro-95 awhile back, and it didn't follow the system. Just wondering if they have changed.
Thanks. I switched to Uniden once I found out that none of their radios follow narrow band EDACS. I bought the Pro-95 to follow my town which uses a narrow band system. Anyway, the sales people at RS were clueless about any off this. It took an e-mail to RS to get the answer. I wonder why RS and presumably GRE haven't added this to their radios.

Narrow band EDACS and I-Calls (so far) have not been included on any of the GRE Trunk Scanning models only the Uniden TrunkTracker models from BC780XLT on.
Anyone know how to setup a narrow band system LCN, if unknown, using a 780 in EDACS narrow mode and a second scanner in conventiional mode if all the frequencies are known???
