Radio Shack Pro-163

Does anybody have very easy instruction on how to program a RS Pro-163 trunking with talk groups. or Were I can get someone to do it for me. The instructions that come with the radio I can not understand.

I want to program in Milwaukee County TRS With talk groups for MCTS Transit and St Francis & Cudahay
Waukesha Cty TRS for County wide Fire Paging talk group only and channel Fire 1
Mitchell airport Departure and Info ( live right next the airport)
Rail Road

This one is a Ltr system They Got To be Programmed in LCN Order Pick A Bank Let's Says Bank One go to Channel 001 and press PROG then Mode Til You See LT then put in These Freqs. Ch.1.855.06250
Ch.4 .854.91250
Ch.10. 857.91250
Ch.15 855.86250


Program Just These Freqs For Waukesha City TRS
Ch.100 866.12500 Ch101. 866.21250 Ch 102. 866.75000 Ch 103. 867.11250

When You Program These All You Need Is The Control Channel's
Start Ch100 Put Them in. Press Prog Then Mode Til You See MOT

Mil City Is The Same As Wakesha TRS
Start Ch.200
866.53750 866.58750 867.03750 867.06250

Then When You Scan And When The TalkGroup Id's Pop Up Look Them Up
Go To The Bank They Came From. And Press PROG, TRUNK, Then Find The Number And Press TEXT Program The NAme
