Radio shack pro 163

I need help getting my trucking scanner to work with awin freqs and how to scan the trucking groups

The awin radio system is p25 and the pro 163 is incompatible for this system.

You will need the Pro 106 (handheld) or Pro 197 (desktop) to receive this system.
