I am trying to update my RS Pro-18, and two of my computers aren't finding/recognizing the scanner. Now I go to unplug the cable and the scanner won't shut off, even tried taking the batteries out, what else can I do to get it to shut off? Error messages as well when I try to update, pictures attached.

Are you running the program thru administrator on your computer?

You may want to try it again in a few days. I suspect the file server may be being transferred to a new owner unless Radio Shack has dropped support completely. The GRE version is experiencing the same problems at the moment.

No just set it to admins now.
