Radio Shack Pro 2051 and FCC Rebanding

Uniden states the BCT8 can be upgraded with downloaded firmware as the NEXTEL/ FCC Rebanding moves forward. Has anyone heard that the software/firmware for a Pro 2051 will be available for the Motorola Rebanded frequency table ???? If not, Motorola trunking with this radio may only work for a year or two .......

I have 27 days until I can no longer return this 2051... I don't want a Trunking Paperweight!
