How do i unlock the channels

this is a loaner radio while our is in the shop, it says all channels locked out. i need to get DPS Conroe (montgomery County< texas) back into my truck . help please thanks

In my limited experience when a 2096 displays that message, it usually means there isn't anything programmed into it.

thats right, you need to program it

Just program any one channel in the radio and the error message will go away. You can then program the trunked system you want.
