All this is is a set of w95 and w93 files that you can upload to your scanner with Win93 or 95. :evil:

It sounds like it does the same thing as Don's software. The only difference I can see by reading his message is that, "he copywrited it" and it has a "diffrent name."

It is a set of files, for Dons software, that have the out of range frequencies programmed in the channels. You could come up this list with Excel and a few minutes of your time.

Yes it can using www.starrsoft.com software WIN96.

this is the only program that don charges for, but there is 30 free trial period.

NOTE: none of the free nor the WIN96 that is a fee program can unlock cellular frequencies. They are blocked in the scanner.

Only suckers would pay for the free programs by getting them off the internet.

Phased array radar antennas are software controlled and have been around
for a long time.

I guess you could call this a software defined antenna.
http://www.steppir.com makes antennas with a microprocessor controller
that changes the element lengths depending on the frequency.
