Radio Shack PRO-96 Detroit Police Help

Hello All,

I have a radio Shack Pro-96 and I used the ARC96 and the WIN96 software to program Detroit police frequencies. I transferred the talkgroups and all of the frequencies including the control channels and now the scanner does not pick up anything digital. The only thing that works is NOAA weather. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

First, can you clarify how you used both programs? Is the DSP firmware up to date? Try some conventional frequencies other than weather if you haven't. There are many conventional frequencies in your area to check the reception ability.
