My dad just bought this scanner today and they preprogramed it but we cannot seem to get off Bank 0 channels. Does anyone know how to get to the other banks?

Push the number key that matches the bank you want to turn on.

Push the number key that matches the bank you want to turn on.

The above works if in SCAN mode. To go to any channel in MAN mode, enter its 3 digit channel number (000 - 999) and press MAN. If after turning on other banks the scanner still does not want to scan there, make sure the desired channels are not locked out.
