Can someone give please me the shipping address and also a web link if possible so I can sent a scanner in for repair? I have been all over the Radio Shack web site and can not find a specific address anywhere. The Radio Shack user manual doesn't even list one.

I think you need to actually take it to RadioShack.

That's right. Take it to your local RS and they will take care of everything.
