Radio Shack VOX cassette recorder

Greeting all,
I am trying to record my Public Safety transmission, So that I can review there local traffic later.
I have a VOX recorder (that I purchased on Ebay) However, I am looking for an Owners manual
the model number is CTR-121 Cat. NO 14-1128. any suggetion?
