Radio System Numbering

I'm familiar with the previous ID numbering for trunked radio systems (such as 1F20), but the newer ID's that I've been seeing have me stumped. What do these newer ID's (such as 00A.924B5) represent? And are they just for Motorola systems or others as well?

I could be mistaken, but I think the the WACN & SYS ID are reversed for some reason.

Harris uses the 00A (ID) and the 9xxxx is the WACN.
I have seen this with the Florida Power sites, but a different WACN.
then again, they all do some weird stuff with the data streams.

As these trunked systems have expanded to cover entire states, and for the Feds and military whole regions of the country, they need larger address space to identify each site and system.

Seems like others stated Harris Systems do weird numbering. FPL is pretty close to Bay County System. Seems Harris uses 00A on alot of systems in FL. I put in 00A in the SysID Search and this came up RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference Database

Usually the pattern I see with Harris is they will use the 00A System ID but change the WACN on different systems UNLESS they build out systems set up for "Intra-WACN" roaming. Then you will see the same WACN and different site IDs per system. An example is City of Miami, Miami-Beach and Hialeah.
