Radio tower in Newport

Anyone know what that radio tower located on Route 7 in Newport is for? Its been up for a few months now. Has a fenced in area surrounding it too. No antennas installed on the tower yet. Its about 3 or so miles north of Newport on Route 7.

That must be it thanks. Cell tower I guess. Funny how one wrong letter in the address changes the animal from a moose to a mouse. Mousehead Trail sounds creepy.
