As this is a US based website, you'd probably do much better contacting the company directly. But why bother? The software has several very poor reviews on EHam; there are many others that are better, depending on your application.
If you're trying to decode something on HF, we can discuss this on the Digital Decoding forum in the HF area...what are you trying to do?

Hi, latest version Bonito is Radiocom 6.0, . Its working good in Win Vista and W7,. I have this version and working with two receivers, I have IC PCR1000 and IC R1500 and working together .

will Radiocom 6.0 work wit a UHF Spectra? 450-482mhz? or only HF radios?

No problems, I working with ICPCR1000 and R1500 in UHF bands normal.

I have Radiocom 6 and a Winradio G305e, but Radiocom seems to only tune in HF, the tuner does not respond in VHF/UHF, have tried in version 6.03 and 6.14. Cannot get any other versions to try since the online updater doesn't work, I only get corrupted files.
Another problem I am having with 6.14 is that I can't delete the default data entries in any bank, they delete but when you exit and restart Radiocom they are all back again!! Most annoying!!
