Then we would be charged extra for the paper...the ink...expedited delivery as well as an upcharge for custom programming of the zip code the certificate would be sent to.
I'm pretty sure that's not the problem.

I am properly being hazed 😊 - regardless of my terrible ideas - I’ve learned a TON on this site over the last seven or so years.

And now I’m even the president of a university 🤣

Fortunately we didn't need those back in the day... sigh... but Tom did write the registry of federal frequencies if anyone remembers that book with the red white and blue cover.
