Radios not transmitting

I am having trouble getting a couple of radios to transmit. I messed up something with the IC-208H and now it no longer transmits. My QTY KT-9900 will not transmit on some programmed frequencies Specifically a repeater. I have had the same problem with other radios so I'm convinced it's a DFU issue but I need some help to understand what setting to configure to what. And help? VA3IPC

Are these frequencies in the amateur radio allocations, or are they outside the amateur radio bands?

Sounds more like a operator programing problem to me. Some frequencies work , some don't. Double check the programing on the non-working ones. Are you trying to program a frequency that is outside the working range of the radio? More details needed. What frequencies are not working? Can you receive on the non-working freqs? Are you using tones?
