RadioScanners Retailers in Georgia?

Besides RadioShack, is there another retailer in Georgia where I can buy the pro 164 at a good price? And I don't use online website, cuz I don't have a Credit card.

Maybe Ham Radio Outlet would have the GRE PSR -300 (same scanner really).

Why not just buy it from Radio Shack? Might be able to find a coupon somewhere too.
