Radioshack pro-2052 help

I have a pro-2052 and want to hook it up on the computer but what cable do i need

Hi Bearcat,

For the PRO-2052 all you need is a 9-Pin Serial Cable. Male on one end and female on the other.

is the IOI looking thing on the back of my computer the Serial port???

It's the one that has spikes in it and I think it's shaped like a trapezoid.
