My Pro 97 scanner is stuck on manual and will not scan. I have tried the lock function but nothing happens. The channel it is stuck on is locked out but does receive so I know that the scanner isn't fully unoperational. I have tried the reset 0-1-Enter but its like the buttons aren't working.
