Where can I get my 2 RadioShack scanners programmed here in NS? The guy that programmed my GRECOM scanners says he will not touch the RadioShack ones. So I am hoping someone can help me on here

I have a 106 and a 197...
I know nothing about programming lol
I have the PSR500 and 600 but they came fully programmed for pretty much everything in NS
