I doubt that you're going to pick up much if anything from Callao. Do you have an outside antenna?

You can always try searching 160.215-161.565.

I could receive csx bd dispatcher with an outside antenna. BD dispatcher desk for the rf&p sub is 160.410 also might want to monitor the rf&p sub road freq 161.550. With an outside antenna will increase your chances.
