Hearing Raleigh PD on Wake Event 3 and 4, for the Raleigh NC Christmas parade that begins at 10am today.

Hearing them tell officers that they have had reports of open carry violations (guns are not permitted at parades) and open container violations already, and it's only 8:30am.

Just about all of these have open carrier when no one is speaking

Thanks for posting this, the WTVD director was a blast to listen to!
That was some mighty impressive radio work by the director.
It’s was incredible to hear him call shot setups and cue the different cameras in, non-stop through the broadcast.
That guy deserves his paycheck, a true professional!

Agreed, I stumbled across it by accident, turned on wrong scanner bank. But thought it was different so I threw it up on my feed.
