Get those scanners ready, Raleigh Police say that some residents might hear gunfire and “small explosions” during a training exercise in the city on Sunday morning.

“The Raleigh Police Department’s is coordinating a large-scale but routine tactical training exercise,” said Raleigh Police Spokesman Jim Sughrue.

W Event 4 - 33648 Being used as a fire/ems dispatch for exercise
