Can anyone tell me how to receive North Saint Paul? I have Ramsey co east but I do not hear north saint Paul. Thanks for your help

They're there. They use unit numbers and dont identify as "north st paul". If I remember correctly they use 3000 unit numbers

Iam now hearing everyone but no North Saint Paul lot of Maplewood & White Bear Lake any Idea? Thanks

No. If you're monitoring East, the NSP units would come over.

Just listened to recordings and I have at least 5 transmissions involving 3900 units in the last 45 minutes. You're either on the wrong talk group or missing hearing unit number. Maybe you're scanner is cutting off the beginning of the transmission or something. Try listening for locations and not focusing on unit numbers.

Are you scanning the system or holding on talkgroup 11516 RCSO East Disp? If you are scanning the system, check if group quick key 6 is turned off. Also, make sure you didn't lockout the talkgroup.
