Are all three Law Mains patched together in the day? Monitoring R-WEST today and I am hearing traffic from all 3 sectors. Does anyone have a list of what agencies/cities are 'supposed' to be in each sector, i.e. East, Central, and West...

They tie them together at varying times. Central and west are most often together.

West - Roseville (5xxx), New Brighton (8xxx), Mounds View (7xxx)
Central - RCSO exclusively (2xxx)
East - White Bear (9xxx), Maplewood (4xxx), North St Paul (3xxx)
