I was wondering if anyone had a list of the callsigns for the different aircraft based at Kelly Field. It would help if the list also defined to which aircraft the callsigns belong to.

I do have two more questions. What aircraft uses the callsign "Luzon" (?) or "Ball"?

A fun way to answer your own questions is to do research on what aircraft types & flying squadrons are based at Kelly, then going there some day with your scanner & finding a legal vantage point to actually see the aircraft that you're hearing on the radio as they're arriving/departing Kelly.

Wow. That's an old post. Anyway, I don't live anywhere near Kelly, but their aircraft pass through College Station-Easterwood frequently. I do know that "Lancer" is commonly used for B-2s and "Ball" is used for B-52s. As for "Luzon", I have narrowed that down to either F-15s, F-16s, or F/A-18s.

"LANCER" is the official nick-name of the B-1 bomber, so any LANCERs heard are probably B-1s out of Dyess, not B-2s.

Right. I couldn't remember which one. They did a flyover once for July 4th and I knew it was a B-52 and some other bomber.

While I'm at it, you might want to try to reconfirm that the BALL aircraft you hear are B-52s. I don't have my callsign list in front of me here, but I'm kinda guessing they'd be T-1 trainers or something like that.
