Randolph County Sheriff seems to have the ability to go full encryption on all of their frequencies.
Note that on channel one the encryption is used by the Sheriff department only not by other agencies who share this frequency, Pocahontas Police,ProMed,Fire Department, etc.

155.19750 Sheriff: Primary 911 (NXDN)[Ch 1] (Encryption capable used part time.)
158.73000 Sheriff: Secondary [Ch 2] (Encryption part time.)
154.86000 Sheriff: Car to Car [Ch 3] (Encryption almost full time.)

Channel 1 is their 911 dispatch shared with Promed, Medic One, Pocahontas Police, Pocahontas Fire departments, and yes these are confirmed.

Channel 1 is the only digital channel out of the three.

I suspect that at some point all agencies in Randolph county will go to NXDN and ditch the Analog use all together, at current channel 1 seems to be the most used frequency.

yeah the part that isn't noted in the database is that the Sheriff can go full encryption on all three channels.

It’s noted by the e on the right side. At least I think they all showed that, maybe just the two did.
