RASPBERRY PI 3 & RTL SDR Help

Just procured a RaspPi3..
Was hoping, If theres a way,
to put it to work via TCP/IP to
be controlled by my laptop -

Been doing internet searches for
a solid day or 2 now..
cant really find anything current
regarding this topic, AIS-ADSB
yea, but no simple pieces on
setting this up..

Are you wanting to setup a pi as a remote receiver?

remote as in next to my notebook, yes, running SDR# via TCP/IP - ethernet either directly to the client machine or thru my home network.

Hi cant you just ssh into Rpi and run the appropriate programs that way??
